Agent theater transfers risk to the customer

The industry often treats a convincing dialogue as evidence of an operating system. It is not. The unseen work begins with failure, interruption, identity, recovery and the provenance of claims.

Poor offerings will not merely disappoint individual customers. They may teach the public that agent systems are fundamentally unreliable before the field has established better practice.

We should describe capability in the language of evidence: what was evaluated, what is bounded, what can be interrupted, and what remains uncertain.
